Martha Yoo Sun Duffield is an experienced Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) professional with a strong background in strategic program management across various organizations. Currently serving as DEI Program Manager at Simply Business, Martha has previously held roles such as Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Lead at Salsify and Chief Equity Officer for the Town of Lexington. Martha's expertise includes designing and implementing comprehensive DEI strategies, managing Employee Resource Groups, and fostering organizational inclusivity. Additionally, Martha has a background in civil engineering, having worked as a Civil Engineer and Project Engineering Consultant, bringing a wealth of knowledge in project management and environmental compliance. Martha holds an MBA from Simmons University and a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
