Chianti Johnson

Chianti Johnson is a seasoned professional in healthcare management with significant experience in utilization review and care transition. Currently serving as Director I HCMS at Simply Healthcare Plans since December 2013, Chianti has also held the position of Manager II of Central/South Florida Utilization Review and has worked as a Transition of Care Nurse. Prior experience includes serving as Manager of Concurrent Review at Universal Health Care from October 2010 to March 2013, where responsibilities involved overseeing telephonic concurrent reviews and ensuring compliance with the company's Utilization Management Program. Chianti holds a Bachelor of Arts in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Southern New Hampshire University and an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing from Galen School of Nursing-Tampa Bay.
