Kerri Richards

Kerri Richards is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as a Real Estate Agent at Simply Vegas Real Estate since October 2023, following a tenure at Las Vegas Sotheby's International Realty as a Global Real Estate Advisor from December 2022 to October 2023. Prior to these roles, Kerri spent over 17 years at Windermere Real Estate as a Realtor and Director of Education, and also worked as a Realtor and Productivity Coach at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. from April 2014 to April 2015. Kerri's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Developmental and Child Psychology from the University of Iowa (1994-1998) and currently pursuing a Doctor of Law (JD) degree at William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada-Las Vegas, anticipated completion in May 2027.
