Hector LE is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in growth and performance marketing. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Growth and Performance Marketing Director at Altitude-sports.com since April 2020, Hector is responsible for planning and executing acquisition and retention strategies across various marketing channels, managing a team of six, and optimizing the marketing stack. Prior to this role, Hector was the Country Manager for Canada at Numberly from January 2018 to April 2020, where the creation of a new Canadian office and management of a multidisciplinary team were key achievements. Hector also held positions including Data Senior Project Manager at 1000mercis, Marketing Project Coordinator at Orange, and Marketing Assistant at Siemens, showcasing a diverse skill set in project management, data analytics, and digital marketing. Hector holds a Master in Marketing from Sorbonne Business School and a Bachelor in Business Administration from the Institute of Business Administration Lille.
