Arwin started their career in 1991 as an Internal Auditor for Walsgrave Hospitals NHS Trust. In 1998, they became the Internal Audit Manager for Coventry & Warwick Audit Services. In 2000, they joined Baum Hart & Partners as a Senior Consultant. Arwin has been with Simpson Associates since 2005.
