Beryl Gatenby

Beryl is active in the role of Non-Executive Director, attending monthly Board meetings that are focused on the leadership, strategy and management of company business and policies, taking into consideration adaptability to changing markets and trading conditions, and the further development of other members of the Board.

Prior to becoming a Non-Executive Director in 2010, Beryl was an active member of the business and Board of Directors, supporting Ron and her Co-Directors with Business strategy, development, management and marketing, presentation of information and documentation, ensuring they were cascaded effectively throughout the business. Beryl was the leading Director behind Simpson obtaining Investors in People Accreditation and has continued to support the team in its reaccreditation over the years.
