Alisha Giglio

Alisha Giglio, MASc, P.Eng, is an accomplished expert in climate change and sustainability with extensive experience in engineering and management. Currently serving as Associate Director for Climate & Customer Success at SINAI Technologies, Alisha collaborates with product and engineering teams to develop cutting-edge software solutions aimed at reducing emissions for industries. Previously, Alisha worked at Hatch as an Engagement Manager and Senior Engineer, leading teams to create decarbonization strategies for Fortune 500 companies and managing major projects such as a green hydrogen electrolyzer facility and a carbon capture facility. Alisha also played a key role in establishing Hatch's Climate Change & Sustainability practice. Earlier experience includes providing engineering support for global steel mills and conducting research internships with Stora Enso in Sweden. Alisha holds a Master of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Chemistry from Queen's University.
