Frederik Hirche

Frederik Hirche is an experienced professional with a diverse background in coaching, energy contracting, and sales management. Currently serving as an Agile Coach at SINC GmbH since May 2022, Frederik has also been a Managing Partner at kraftkontor GbR since April 2012 and previously held the same role at kraftkontor GmbH from June 2014 to January 2022, specializing in CHP Energy Contracting. Prior experience includes working as a Sales Manager at Secuvada Capital and Lotus Financial Group, focusing on private equity and financing services. Earlier in the career, Frederik served as an assistant to a Member of Parliament and participated in organizational activities for federal elections with Junge Liberale Deutschland.
