In Switzerland, SingAlliance is authorised by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA), under FinIA, the Federal Act on Financial Institutions. In Hong Kong, SingAlliance is licenced by The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) with Type 4 & 9 activities. In Dubai, SingAlliance is regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority as a Representative Office.
