Esther Chng

Esther Chng is a professional with extensive experience in healthcare and administrative roles. Currently serving as an Executive in the Office of Value Based Healthcare at Singapore General Hospital since October 2023, Esther has previously worked at SingHealth from September 2017 to September 2023, holding positions such as Executive in the SingHealth Duke-NUS Supportive and Palliative Care Centre and Program Executive for the Medical Oncology Senior Residency Programme. Prior to this, Esther gained diverse experience as a Part Time Sales Assistant at Growing Fun Pte Ltd, a Chemist at PUB, Singapore's National Water Agency, and an Administrative Assistant at Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities. Additionally, Esther has experience as a Private Tutor and worked in various capacities, including a Frontliner at the National University of Singapore Commencement and a Patient Service Associate at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. Esther holds a Bachelor of Science degree with Second Upper Honours in Chemistry and a Minor in GeoSciences from the National University of Singapore.
