Lian Leng Low

Lian Leng Low serves as the Chairman at Singapore General Hospital since January 2018, where leadership focuses on population health, integrated care, and care transformation. Additionally, Lian holds the position of Director at the Population Health & Integrated Care Office and functions as a Senior Consultant at SingHealth since March 2021. As Chief Medical Informatics Officer for SingHealth Regional Health System and Medical Director at SingHealth Community Hospitals since November 2019, Lian contributes significantly to healthcare delivery. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Research and a Master of Medicine from the National University of Singapore, along with a Graduate Diploma in Healthcare Management from Singapore Management University.
