Michele Lemmens

Michele Lemmens is an accomplished leader in business sustainability and transformation with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as the APAC Head of Business Sustainability and CTO at Tata Consultancy Services since March 2007, Michele focuses on integrating sustainability into corporate strategies to achieve measurable economic, social, and environmental outcomes. Previous roles include directing strategic programs in Asia, establishing an all-women services center in Saudi Arabia, and significantly growing the NGM APAC Insurance business. Additionally, Michele serves as a Business Mentor at Singapore Management University, has held directorial roles at Sustainable Foods Limited and Panarchy Partners, and was instrumental in launching the GRI ASEAN Hub. Educational accolades include completion of executive leadership programs at INSEAD and the University of Cambridge, alongside a foundational degree in Management from The University of Waikato.
