Abdullah al Mashud

Abdullah Al Mashud is a seasoned professional in training and development, currently serving as the Training Team Lead - Sr. Executive at Singer Bangladesh Ltd since March 2017. Abdullah is responsible for strategic training initiatives, including the deployment of the "Leadership DNA" culture program and the preparation of training calendars and budgets. With extensive experience in organizing diverse training sessions, Abdullah has conducted over 350 training sessions for more than 5,000 participants and has developed substantial training content in both soft and hard skills. Previous roles include positions in corporate HR at Navana Limited and human resources at Otobi Limited, among others, showcasing a comprehensive background in recruitment, employee development, and organizational management. Abdullah holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from BRAC University and a PGDHRM from the Bangladesh Institute of Management Studies.
