Steve Lin

Steve Lin, PHRi, IHRP-SP, currently serves as the Executive Director and Head of People Partner at Singlife since May 2023, following a tenure as Head of HR at Igloo from May 2022 to May 2023. Previous roles include Associate Director of HR at Seviora Holdings Pte. Ltd., Human Resources Director at Prudential Financial, HRBP for APAC at SCOR, and Learning & Development Manager at Aberdeen Asset Management, among others. Steve began the professional journey as a Personnel Consultant at Adecco Personnel Services. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of South Australia and a Diploma in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Temasek Polytechnic, along with executive education in Strategic Human Resource Management from NUS Business School.
