Marcilio Araujo

Marcilio Araujo currently serves as Gerente de Engenharia de Software at Sinqia since December 2024. Prior to this role, Marcilio worked at BRQ Digital Solutions as IT Delivery Manager from January 2020 to December 2024, where responsibilities included end-to-end project delivery, implementation of OKRs and KPIs, and Agile coaching. Marcilio's experience includes significant roles at Itaú Unibanco and Itaú BBA as Tech Lead, focusing on technological evolution and advanced project delivery in investment systems and Treasury operations, respectively. Earlier in career, Marcilio was an IT Project Manager at Capgemini, managing key projects at Banco Bradesco. In terms of education, Marcilio is pursuing a postgraduate MBA in Software Engineering at Universidade de São Paulo (USP) and holds a degree in Computer Systems Analysis from Universidade Federal do Amazonas.
