Deborah Challinor

Deborah Challinor is a partner at Davies in the Consulting Division since June 2019, possessing 20 years of specialist expertise in organization performance and individual success. Deborah has a robust background in financial services, having served as a partner in Learning & Organization Development at Sionic, along with previous roles as a partner in Organization & Talent Development at Catalyst Development Ltd, and as Associate Managing Consultant at the same company for two decades. Prior experience includes managing consultant positions at Beaufort Group and Price Waterhouse Coopers. Deborah holds an MBA from Henley Business School, an ICCA Bar Course from The Inns of Court College of Advocacy, and an LLB from The University of Manchester.
