Tom Lambert

Tom Lambert is a seasoned professional in research and program development, currently serving as the Research & Programme Development Lead at Siren Associates since September 2022. Prior experience includes consulting roles at The World Bank, contributing to monitoring initiatives on Fragility, Conflict & Violence, and at Trias Consult Ltd, specializing in research and evaluation for various clients in conflict-affected regions. Tom has held managerial positions such as Project Manager and Social Stability sector Coordinator at UNDP, where oversight of the 'Tensions Monitoring System' was paramount. As a co-founder and Director of Andaman Research & Advisory, Tom provided critical analysis for humanitarian and development partners in Myanmar. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in International Politics and East Asia and a Bachelor's degree in History, both from the University of Warwick.
