Alan Kelly

Alan Kelly is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, human resources, and recruitment. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Sirius Analysis Limited since August 2022, Alan oversees day-to-day operations across various business support areas, including HR, recruitment, marketing, and IT. Previously, Alan held senior HR roles at TP Group plc, Sheridan Maine, and Matchtech, where responsibilities included managing HR and recruitment functions and leading candidate resourcing initiatives. Alan's background also includes a decade of experience as a golf professional, achieving PGA qualification and delivering instruction to diverse groups. Alan is currently pursuing an Executive Mini MBA Accelerator, further enhancing management and leadership skills.
