Iana Morozova

Iana Morozova is a seasoned sustainability professional with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as the Sustainability Lead at Sirius since February 2024, Iana previously worked as a Sustainability Project Manager at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO, where Iana designed training for environmental and social impact assessments for major clients. At PwC Russia, from October 2019 to October 2021, Iana was a Sustainability Senior Associate, providing strategic recommendations that significantly improved the firm's ESG Risk Rating and developed a sustainability performance management system for a leading global stock exchange. Iana's early experience includes an internship at Leroy Merlin, where Iana conducted environmental compliance audits and created a data collection system that notably enhanced reporting efficiency. Iana holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO), earned between 2015 and 2019.
