Kristina Salen

Kristina Salen is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Booksy since January 2024, Kristina has also held significant positions including Chief Financial Officer at Greenhouse Software and WWE. In addition to executive roles, Kristina has been active on boards, including SiriusXM as a board member and chair of the audit committee, and previously at Cornerstone OnDemand and Reinvent Capital. Kristina's tenure at Etsy as the first CFO was marked by significant growth, boosting gross sales from $895 million in 2012 to $3 billion in 2016. Kristina holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BA in political science from Vassar College.
