Mahwash Khan

Mahwash Khan is the Director of IDEA Programs at Siskinds LLP, a position held since July 2023. Previously, Mahwash Khan has had a long tenure at LAWPRO, starting as a Senior Policy Analyst and progressing to roles including Counsel for Communications and Training, and ultimately serving as the Lead for Equity, Diversity & Inclusion from May 2005 until June 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Barrister & Solicitor at Klein Law Office from October 2003 to May 2005. Mahwash Khan's education includes a Certificate in Adult Learning & Development from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto, a Certificate in Leadership and Inclusion from Centennial College, and ongoing studies towards a Common Law NCA designation at the University of Ottawa. Additionally, Mahwash Khan holds an LL.B. (Hons.) in Law from The University of Huddersfield and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English Literature from Islamabad College for Girls.
