Paulo Henrique Oliveira

Paulo Henrique Oliveira is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship, innovation, and education within the hospitality and business sectors. Currently serving as the Coordinator of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center at Universidade Salvador and as a Professor in multiple undergraduate and postgraduate programs, Paulo has also co-founded and managed initiatives such as the Escritório da Hospitalidade and the startup IMPACTOUR, focusing on innovative solutions for tourism. At Startei Empreendedorismo e Inovação, Paulo holds the position of Partner Consultant, contributing to business development through effective management practices. In addition, Paulo co-manages the B Community in Bahia, promoting social impact certification under the B Corp framework. With a background in project coordination for the Bahia State Tourism Department and experience in event production, Paulo has a strong academic foundation with degrees in Tourism and Hospitality, a Master's in Regional and Urban Development, and ongoing specialization in Business Management and Marketing.
