Sergio Serapiao

Sergio Serapiao is an accomplished leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in social entrepreneurship, organizational leadership, and sustainability. As a member of the board and co-chair at Sistema B since February 2016, and founder and CEO of Labora focusing on generational diversity inclusion since September 2018, Sergio has made significant contributions to these fields. Additionally, Sergio is recognized as a Social Entrepreneur Fellow at Ashoka and leads Instituto LAB60+, promoting engagement in longevity. Prior roles include Executive Director at Via Gutenberg, visiting professor at EACH - USP, and manager at Accenture, specializing in human performance and business strategy. Sergio holds multiple degrees, including an Executive MBA from IBMEC and a Master's in Organization Leadership from The Graduate Institute.
