Francisco Juan Vaquero Acevedo

Francisco Juan Vaquero Acevedo is a seasoned professional with significant experience in project management and operations within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Director de Proyectos at SISTEPLANT since February 2019, Francisco focuses on implementing Lean Manufacturing tools such as SMED, 5S's, VSM, KPI's, KANBAN, SCRUM, DBP, and SIPOC. Previously, as Jefe de Planta at Ferrovial from December 2017 to December 2018, Francisco oversaw the daily management and organization of production and maintenance across multiple shifts, leading a team of 50 while ensuring production efficiency, quality, and safety standards.
