The Engineering Team at Sisteplant specializes in designing and implementing advanced manufacturing and automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Comprised of process engineers, development leads, quality assurance engineers, and software engineers, the team focuses on integrating lean Agile manufacturing principles with innovative technologies to optimize manufacturing, logistics, and management processes. They also develop and maintain Sisteplant's proprietary systems, CAPTOR (Manufacturing Execution System) and PRISMA (Asset Maintenance Management System), ensuring continuous improvement and excellence in industrial operations.
