Ashraf Shahzad Ahmed

Mr. Ashraf Shahzad is Company Secretary JS Bank Limited since November 2014.

He is associated with JS Group for last 24 years and had served on various senior management positions. He started his career as Management Consultant in 1991 with KMHR-Chartered Accountants. He joined Jahangir Siddiqui & Company Limited in 1994 in as Corporate Finance Executive and served on various senior positions. Mr. Shahzad joined JS Bank in 2007 as Head of Corporate Affairs and was appointed Company Secretary in 2014. He holds Masters Degree from University of Karachi and Courses from Institute of Business Administration Karachi. He attended many training programs and workshops on Corporate Governance, Company Laws etc.
