Sara Jones

Sara Jones currently serves as the Global Vice President of Solutions at Sitecore, a position held since November 2024. In addition, Sara holds various strategic advisory roles at 1up, PreSkale, and Demostack, focusing on enhancing sales processes and demo experiences. With extensive experience in leadership, Sara was the Chief Solutions Officer at Formstack and the Global Vice President of Presales at Zendesk, as well as the Global VP of SAP Customer Experience Presales at SAP. Educational credentials include a Women in Leadership Certificate from Cornell University, obtained in August 2020. Sara is also an active member of the Chief and Presales Leadership Collective organizations.
