Luana Paschoal

Luana Paschoal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and product management. Currently serving as a Product Owner and Customer Success Manager at Siteware since May 2018, Luana specializes in managing large enterprise accounts within a SaaS model, demonstrating expertise in conflict resolution, data analysis, and key performance indicators related to customer success.
