Kate Glynn-Broderick

Kate Glynn-Broderick is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research, evaluation, and financial empowerment. Currently serving as the Director at STS Structured Products, LLC, dedicated to UBS AG, since February 2022, Kate has previously held key positions including Associate Director at Innovations for Poverty Action and Manager of Research, Monitoring & Evaluation at Women's World Banking, a global non-profit focused on enhancing financial access for low-income women. With a strong background in research and methodology development, Kate has worked at various organizations including the New York City Office of Financial Empowerment and Columbia University. Kate holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University, an MBA in Finance from Emory University, and a BA in Sociology from Emory University.
