Ayaka Mawarida

Ayaka Mawarida M.A. is an experienced leader and entrepreneur with a strong background in social justice and human rights. As the Founder and CEO of DAIJOUBU since August 2020, and CEO of COLORES since January 2015, Ayaka has demonstrated a commitment to community engagement and empowerment. Additionally, involvement with Six Seconds as a POP-UP Festival Mentor and Coordinator since August 2017 highlights dedication to educational initiatives. Ayaka's earlier role in the Marubeni Corporation's power division for North, Central, and South America from 2011 to 2013 showcases a diverse professional history. Currently, Ayaka is pursuing a Master of Arts in Social Justice & Human Rights at Arizona State University, building on prior education at Rikkyo University from 2007 to 2011.
