Cecil Smart

Cecil Smart is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Principal at Sixth Street since August 2022. Previously, Cecil held multiple roles at Kroll Bond Rating Agency, LLC from August 2014 to July 2022, including Head of Commercial ABS and Senior Managing Director. As the founder of Assurgent Credit Arbitrage Management, Cecil marketed a fixed income fund focused on mortality linked assets between January 2012 and August 2013.
