Åke Pettersson

Åke Pettersson has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Åke started their career as a Tenant Representative at Locum AB in 1996 and worked there until 1998. Åke then joined Skandia Fastighet AB in 1999 as an Analyst and stayed until 2001. Åke then worked at Diligentia AB as the Head of Real Estate from 2001 to 2006. Åke joined Arcona AB as a Developer in 2006 and worked there until 2007. In 2007, Åke joined Vasakronan AB as the Head of Transactions and worked until 2011. Åke then rejoined Skandia Fastigheter in 2011 as the Head of Business Development. In 2019, Åke became the CEO of Skandia Fastigheter.

Åke Pettersson completed their MSc degree in Real Estate Economics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. In 2005 and 2006, they attended the Stockholm School of Economics to pursue further studies, with a focus on GEM-53. Additionally, Åke Pettersson obtained an Engineer degree in Telecom and Electrical Engineering from ÅVA Gymnasium, where they studied from 1985 to 1989.
