Pawel Warda

Pawel Warda is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the construction and real estate sectors. Currently serving as Executive Vice President Operations and Board Member at Skanska since February 2021, Warda previously held the position of Senior Director and Head of Project & Development Services in Central and Eastern Europe at JLL from March 2005 to January 2021, where responsibilities included managing a professional team and driving business development. Prior to JLL, Warda worked as a Project Manager at WS Atkins (2001-2005) and as a Cost Manager/Project Manager at Bovis Lend Lease (1998-2001). Warda holds a BS in Structural Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology, an Executive MBA from the Warsaw University of Technology Business School (jointly with London Business School & HEC Paris), and completed the STEP Skanska Top Executive Programme at IMD.
