Morgan Hook

Morgan Hook is a seasoned public affairs strategist with over two decades of experience in communication and media relations. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Albany Public Affairs at SKDKnickerbocker since November 2011, Morgan leads the development of comprehensive public affairs strategies for clients in the energy and higher education sectors. Prior experience includes roles at SUNY as a senior advisor to Chancellor Nancy Zimpher and at the New York State Executive Chamber, where Morgan managed communications for Governor David A. Paterson. Morgan's background also encompasses journalism, having reported and anchored for CBS6-WRGB and WWLP-22News, as well as documentary production at VPM. Morgan holds a BS in Broadcast Journalism from Boston University, complemented by earlier studies at the University of Vermont and the International School of Brussels.
