Jan Straus

Jan Straus has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as an Air Traffic Controller at skeyes since November 2016, after completing a training period as an Air Traffic Control Trainee. Prior to this, Jan worked at Entry Point North AB, gaining foundational skills in air traffic control. Between January 2015 and November 2016, Jan held roles as Airworthiness Planner and Maintenance and Production Planner at NHV Group, focusing on the maintenance of a diverse helicopter fleet. Jan's earlier experience includes a student position assisting passengers at Brussels Airport and an engineering internship at VLM Airlines. Jan holds a Master of Science in Industrial Sciences, specializing in Aviation Engineering and Technology from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, complemented by additional training at Eurocontrol and Luchtverkeersleiding Nederland.
