Elsa Niard is a recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and e-commerce optimization. Currently serving as Responsable Recrutement at Skill and You since March 2024, Elsa manages a recruitment team and oversees the annual recruitment plan while developing the employer brand and implementing recruitment tools. Previously, as Lead Talent Acquisition Manager at Getpro.co from May 2020 to March 2024, Elsa built and managed a recruitment consulting team, focusing on sectors such as Fintech and HRtech. Earlier roles include Digital Headhunter at Blue Search Conseil, and a progression through various positions at vente-privee (now Veepee), where responsibilities spanned e-merchandising, data analysis, and project management, contributing significantly to revenue growth.
