Mary Alice Bales

Mary Alice Bales has extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as Senior Director of People at Skin Pharm since July 2018, where previous roles included Director of People, Manager of Operations, Practice Manager, and Front Office Administrator. Prior to this role, Bales worked at Vanderbilt University Medical Center from July 2016 to July 2018, holding positions in executive administration for Pediatric Trauma and General Surgery as well as hospital administration in the Adult Emergency Department. Additional experience includes serving as an Investigator for Child Protective Services with the State of Tennessee from August 2015 to July 2016 and working as an Outpatient Counselor at Health Connect America from August 2014 to August 2015. Bales holds a degree in Psychology and Social Work from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, completed in May 2015.
