Callie Krellwitz is a seasoned professional in food science and quality management, currently serving as the Director of Co-Manufacturing and Quality at SkinnyDipped since April 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Plant Manager and Quality & Food Safety Manager at Distant Lands Coffee, overseeing operations and ensuring compliance with various regulatory and quality standards. Notable achievements include receiving the Distant Lands Coffee Employee of the Year (Gold) Award and the President’s Award for exceptional contributions. Additional expertise encompasses R&D management at AL Schutzman, project management at E.A. Sween - Deli Express, and consulting for various food-related firms. Callie holds a BS in Food Science from the University of Minnesota.
