Madelene Aalto

Madelene Aalto is an experienced project leader currently working at SkiStar AB since September 2022. Previous positions include decision-making roles at Arbetsförmedlingen and OnePartnerGroup, where assessments of job seekers for employment programs were key responsibilities. Madelene has also led conference and event projects at Copperhill Mountain Lodge and has an extensive background in guest services and equipment rental from earlier stints at SkiStar AB. Volunteer coordination for the Alpine World Championships in Åre highlighted leadership skills, complemented by a solid foundation in event management from studies at Campus Åre. Early work experience includes roles in hospitality and elder care within Åre municipality.
