Karol Białczak has extensive experience in financial controlling and analysis, currently serving as Menedżer ds. Controllingu i Analiz at Sklepy Komfort S.A. since July 2018. Responsibilities include managing a team of six specialists, preparing comprehensive financial reports, developing budgeting processes, and implementing business intelligence tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud.
