Mark Calvert

Mark Calvert is an accomplished media executive with extensive experience in television programming and production. Currently serving as Head of Programs at Sky News Australia since January 2019, Mark has previously held significant roles including Director of Morning TV at Nine, where oversight included the Today Show and Weekend Today. As an Executive Producer at Nine Entertainment Co., Mark successfully launched "Financial Review Sunday," a new business news program. With a background that includes leading over 400 personnel at Nine Network Australia as Director of News and experience at various prominent networks including Five News and BSkyB, Mark has consistently demonstrated expertise in news and current affairs programming. Educational qualifications include studies at Heath Grammar School and Richmond College in the UK.
