William Thomas

Bill Thomas has more than 40 years of experience working in the consumer electronics and cable industries as an engineer, manager, inventor, and founder of the most successful interactive program guide company. He has worked at Zenith, Time Warner Cable, Nielsen Media Research and TV Guide Onscreen which through many mergers eventually became Gemstar, Rovi, and then TiVo. Bill is a prolific inventor with more than 150 patents and 20 published papers to his name. He is an Emmy award recipient and a Cable TV Pioneer inductee. At Skyboxe, he applies his inventive, technical and product expertise as the company embarks on its mission to pave the way for 5G communications.
