Dario Mesolella

Dario Mesolella is a highly experienced aerospace engineer currently serving as the Head of Avionics and Actuation Department and Vehicle Management Systems Engineer at Skydweller Aero since April 2020. Prior to this role, Dario worked at Rolls-Royce from January 2018 to March 2020, focusing on the design, development, and certification of the Full Authority Digital Engine Control (FADEC) system, particularly for bizjet applications. Dario's career also includes experience at Piaggio Aerospace as a Vehicle Control System Engineer from July 2014 to December 2017 and a brief stint as a trainee at Siemens PLM Software, where Dario developed an Electrical Propulsion System for UAVs. Dario’s academic credentials include a Master of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma and postgraduate studies in Systems Engineering at both Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II and Stevens Institute of Technology.
