Olanrewaju Ojolo MCIPM, MMP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR consulting, learning and development, and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at HR Insight Consulting since August 2024, and Head of Learning and Development at Polaris Bank Ltd. since July 2023, Olanrewaju has previously held roles including Learning and Development Specialist at Sanlam Nigeria and Manager of HR Business Partnering at AOS Orwell Limited. Olanrewaju's career includes significant expertise in performance management, employee engagement, and change management, alongside competencies in staff recruitment and the execution of HR programs.
