Andrea Motta

Andrea Motta serves as the CNS-SUR Operational Strategy and Development Expert & Manager at skyguide since April 2001, focusing on developing Surveillance Products and Services strategies in alignment with corporate and international goals. Andrea previously held roles including Lead Program Manager, Head of Product Domain Surveillance, Head of ATM Surveillance - Data Processing, and Project Manager. Responsibilities encompassed leading the implementation of next-generation technologies in Surveillance infrastructure, managing engineering units, and overseeing the evolution of critical surveillance data processing systems. Prior experience includes contributions to FABEC and EUROCONTROL, particularly in optimizing radar infrastructure and validating surveillance technologies. Andrea holds an Electronic Engineering degree from the University of Rome Tor Vergata, advanced leadership training from IMD, and has completed various management courses.
