Mateusz Karolonek

Mateusz Karolonek is a skilled Predictive Maintenance Engineer with extensive experience in supervising rotating equipment across various industries, including cement production, wastewater management, and petrochemical. Currently at Skyler since October 2024 and previously at relayr, responsibilities have included daily monitoring and reporting on equipment health using advanced wireless sensor technologies. Prior roles include Lead Engineer at Gram & Juhl, overseeing over 400 wind turbines, Senior Project Engineer at Valmet with a focus on turbine commissioning and diagnostics, and Vice Manager of the Rotary Machines Division at Instytut Automatyki Systemów Energetycznych Sp. z o.o., where expertise in condition monitoring systems and sensor calibration was developed. Mateusz holds a Master of Engineering in Automation and Control from Wrocław University of Science and Technology, a postgraduate degree in Nuclear Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology, and a postgraduate degree in Project Management from Wrocław University of Economics and Business.
