Hailing Wang

Hailing Wang is a Senior Principal Semiconductor Technologist at Skyworks Solutions, Inc., specializing in RF SOI/BiCMOS/BCD technology roadmap development and new technology introduction since September 2015. Prior experience includes work at GlobalFoundries on 14nm FinFET technology model and PDK transfer, and at IBM as a Senior Engineer/Scientist, leading the technical project for 14nm FinFET technology model development. Hailing Wang began career as an Assistant Researcher at Penn State University, contributing to the development of industry-standard MOSFET models, and held a research internship at Intel Corporation focused on data acquisition systems for flash memory reliability. Hailing Wang holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University and both an MS and BS in Microelectronics, Solid-State Electronics, and Electronic Materials from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.
