Carina Martin

Carina Martin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in consulting, program management, and educational development. Currently serving as a Consultant in Agile Delivery at Slalom since August 2019, Carina has excelled as a Scrum Master, managing the Business Insights Dashboard and leading significant platform migration projects. Previous roles include Program Manager for Data & Analytics at Slalom, where Carina directed global training initiatives and built a successful curriculum. Carina's earlier experience includes managing data science programs at Insight Data Science, coordinating bilingual education efforts for Heart for Change in Colombia, and enhancing women's empowerment through educational workshops at the Light and Leadership Initiative in Peru.
