Carolyn Jannace

Carolyn Jannace is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management and organizational transformation. Currently serving as a Senior Principal at Slalom since April 2021, Carolyn previously held roles at Accenture from August 2010 to July 2020, where accomplishments included shaping global change management initiatives for major corporations and leading workforce transformation strategies. Prior experience encompasses roles as Director of Knowledge Management at Francis W. Parker School and an MBA Mentor at campusCATALYST. Carolyn holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Anthropology from the University of Chicago.
