Reese Oxner

Reese Oxner is an accomplished Product Manager with substantial experience in journalism and digital media. Currently serving at Slate Magazine since July 2024, Reese previously held the same position at The Texas Tribune from February 2021 to July 2024, where responsibilities included collaboration across editorial, technology, and business units to enhance core products and user experience. Prior roles encompass breaking news reporting, digital newsdesk contracting for NPR, and various reporting and editorial positions at The Dallas Morning News and The Shorthorn Newspaper. Reese earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication Technology from The University of Texas at Arlington and an Associate's degree in English from Weatherford College.
